At SUN THERMO PROCESS, we operate from a well-equipped, modern processing facility located in Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu. Our infrastructure is designed to ensure hygienic, streamlined, and scalable cashew nut processing, meeting international standards and customer expectations.
⚙️ Production Capacity
Our current installed capacity allows us to process approximately 12 MT of raw cashew nuts per day, totaling up to 300–325 MT per month. This capacity can be increased as per client requirements, with our ability to handle bulk volumes and custom batch orders for tolling or export sales purposes.
🧊 Storage Facilities
We maintain dedicated, secure storage spaces inside our factory premises for both raw materials and finished goods:
- Raw nut intake capacity of up to 1300 MT at a time
- Finished goods storage capacity of 125 MT
- FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory system to ensure maximum freshness
- Separate storage for packaging materials to maintain hygiene and quality
📦 Packing Capabilities
Our packing section is equipped to meet both domestic and export packing standards:
- Vacuum and nitrogen-flushed packing systems
- Available packing sizes: 10 kg buckets, 20 kg & 22.5 kg vacuum pouches
- Customized private labeling based on client requirements
- Food-grade packing materials compliant with FSSAI and export norms
👷 Workforce & Training
Our facility employs 180–200 skilled workers, many of whom are local women trained in hygienic handling, sorting, and quality control. Regular training, workshops, and SOP refreshers ensure continuous improvement and adherence to safety norms.
